It all makes Gold's bleating about FFP look excellent diligence now, doesn't it?

Who's the stupidest in football?
The players?
The managers?
The owners?

All fucking nutjobs. But Arry slamomed his way through. The snide cnut.

I believe many years back when Barry Fry was in charge at Birmingham it was in his contract that he got a cut of all transfers, both in and out. Think he bought a player on one day and sold him on within a week. Within a few weeks he'd done something like 30 transfers. Nice little earner.

Re: Guardian article on Wheeler Dealer 'Arry
Understand that when Redknapp had finished with Birmingham their wage bill was 200% of their turnover.
The other mistake Birmingham made was getting rid of Gary Rowett who had them 8th I think and appointing the utterly incompetent half wit G Zola.

Maybe they can look at Allardyce too

Unfortunately for that old guard of football managers this was the perk of the job. Get a friendly agent and work out deals amongst yourselves. How else did so much shot get moved around so many clubs for so much money?

Why did souness sign Ali Dia ? Someone somewhere got paid handsomely for that and now it’s just an object of fun

On the ball - I always thought it was a strange arrangement, but I didn’t know it was actually against the rules.

eusebiovic - I’m sorry I don’t know for sure.

What should be considered from back then is the amount of transfers between players from clubs managed by Harry, Peter Reid, Jim Smith, John Gregory and Graeme Souness.

One would think they contriving to transfer players for the fun of it, what could they possibly get out of it???

I’m not sure it is against any rule but certainly it is not in good faith.

That must be a first, a post with “Harry Redknapp” and “Good Faith” in it

In seriousness, it was not Harry's money ever. He's a proper charmer and gets idiots to write cheques.

This doesn't make him any more likeable. He's a conman. CHEEKY CHAPPY. OI OI.

And people still fall for it. Mugs.

Arry dodgy.!

Never.

Re: Guardian article on Wheeler Dealer 'Arry
Harry’s agent of choice around then was Willie McKay.

Whether he was involved in anything that was even a little untoward, well you will have to ask others.

Mr McKay was even afforded an office at West Ham’s training ground.

Re: Guardian article on Wheeler Dealer 'Arry
When he was appointed QPR manager didn't he say something about the owners being good people who had their trousers pulled down by agents out to shaft them?

That turned out well again

Re: Guardian article on Wheeler Dealer 'Arry
Can't see how Harry could possibly be blamed for overspending at Birmingham he can't add up and he can't text.

In any case he is too busy at the moment to deal with such trivia
Harry is too busy building his 'Go Daddy' Jam roly poly site'
